  • Tuck away clothes, shoes, and laundry.

Property Photography FAQ

Property photography works best when everything feels clear, simple, and well‑prepared. To help you understand how I work and what to expect on the day, I’ve put together answers to the questions clients ask most often. These details will help you get the most out of your session and ensure your space is captured at its brightest and most inviting.

Do you bring lighting?

I use natural light where possible and bring additional lighting when needed.

Can you photograph multiple properties in a day?

Yes, I can schedule multi property shoots efficiently.

What is your approach to property photography?

I focus on clean, natural, and inviting images that highlight the best features of a space. My goal is to create photographs that feel bright, spacious, and true to the property.

What types of properties do you photograph?

I cover everything from residential homes and rental properties to commercial spaces, holiday lets, and architectural projects.

Do you offer both interior and exterior photography?

Yes. I photograph full interiors, exteriors, and surrounding details to give viewers a complete sense of the property.

How should I prepare the property before the shoot?

A tidy, decluttered space always photographs best. Take a look at my simple prep guide on this page beforehand to help you get everything ready.

How long does a property shoot take?

Most sessions take between 45 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size of the property and the level of detail required.

Do you provide edited, ready to use images?

Absolutely. All images are professionally edited for clarity, colour, and consistency, and delivered in high resolution and web ready formats.

Depending on how busy things are you’ll receive your final gallery within 24 - 48 hours, perfect for quick listings and marketing needs.

Can you travel to photograph properties?

Do you charge travel fees?

Travel within Cambridge is included. For longer distances, I keep travel costs simple and transparent.

Can we add extra hours on the day?

Yes, additional coverage can be added if your plans change.

Do you offer payment plans?
